The Centre discusses… How sport contributes to strong communities

We will hear from Sport for Development Coalition and Cotman Housing Association about the contribution that sport and physical activity can make in strengthening communities and contributing to the positive social outcomes that housing associations seek, for example in these areas:
- Education and employment
- Anti-social behaviour and community safety
- Health and wellbeing
Sport For Development Coalition will speak about the shared areas of focus for housing associations and Sport for Development organisations, and the evidence base and policy context in these areas.
Cotman Housing Association will speak about their experience of working with sport partners to delivering sport and physical activity interventions.
