Clarion Futures exists to help our residents to develop their future and maximise the opportunities available to them. Its mission is to provide people with the tools and support they need to overcome their challenges, transforming lives and communities for the better. It will invest £150 million over ten years to provide support, skills and opportunities to more than 360,000 social housing residents across the UK.

L&Q is driven by a social purpose which has always gone beyond just building houses. Our mission is to create homes and neighbourhoods that we can be proud of and the work of the L&Q Foundation is fundamental to this.

Orbit builds 2,000 new homes every year and manages a portfolio of 42,000 properties, providing a range of maintenance and support services that help enrich the lives of our customers. Their expertise is in building places and thriving communities.  They provide a choice of different homes to meet the diverse needs of society, and work with partners to enable our customers to live fulfilling and happy lives.

In addition to housing management, maintenance and development of new homes – all core housing association functions – Peabody has for many years invested signicant resources to support Londoners in the community, both our residents and other Londoners. They believe that people have the power to create the change they want to see – in their lives, in their communities and in society.

Sovereign is one of the largest housing associations in the country. They provide over 57,000 homes for around 130,000 people in housing need across the south and south west of England and the Isle of Wight. Sovereign is committed to helping those in housing need in the communities where we work, with long-standing relationships among our local authority partners.
